Drawing from his apprenticeship under Dr. Keser and extensive practice at HLC, Dr. Pekiner employs a fully manual FUE technique, utilizing a specific punch for extractions (ranging from 0.6 to 0.9 mm in diameter, depending on the case) and a specialized thin needle for incisions and grafts. Employing the ‘stick and place’ technique, Dr. Pekiner immediately grafts the extracted hair into the skin after making the incision.
